1. Update INDoS Profile:

• Kindly ensure that your INDoS profile is updated with your latest photograph and that three (3) live photos are uploaded in the same.(Photo is to be updated in the CDAC(cdac link: https://220.156.188.229/ ) profile)
• This is mandatory for your attendance to be recorded in the Centralized Attendance System (CAS) of DG Shipping.

2. Complete e-Learning:

• You must complete and pass the e-learning module before the examination to receive your certificate on the same or the next day of your course.
• Please note that attendance cannot be updated in CAS unless the e-learning module is started.

****Elearning is mandatory in every course.

3. Reporting Time:

All candidates must report to the University by 9:30 AM on the scheduled date of the course.

NB*****Kindly note that those who have enrolled for Refresher STCW courses are required to bring a photocopy of their previous STCW certificate and submit it at the time of reporting in the marine office.
